As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I aim to build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with my clients. I utilize a person-centered, collaborative approach grounded in warmth, authenticity, and the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives. I walk alongside clients as they navigate their mental health journey, fostering self-awareness, processing life experiences, and challenging them when necessary. Together, we develop insight, solutions, and strategies that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My work integrates Family Systems Theory to explore patterns, roles, and cycles that may be keeping individuals or relationships feeling stuck. I also support clients in understanding how past experiences shape present functioning, moving beyond symptom management to address the root of challenges while still providing practical coping skills and problem-solving tools.
