I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with those who have experienced substance abuse, trauma, and who are currently suffering from a chronic medical issue. I believe that each individual seeking treatment knows what they need to do to change their life for the better, they simply need someone to guide and support them to remain on course in order to heal. I have a foundation in structural family therapy, utilize CBT techniques as well as motivational interviewing. I am a proponent of holistic care and seek a balanced approach to both treatment and life.
