I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. I am open, creative, and passionate about helping you find answers to some of the most complicated patterns and problems. I take a collaborative and holistic view and believe in the importance of seeking out feedback as to how therapy is progressing for each client. I look at each individual’s natural strengths, address unmet needs, responsibilities, and effective communication. As an MFT, I think systemically and relationally in order to get to the heart of core issues, as well as utilizing cognitive behavioral and other evidence-based practices.
