My Approach to Therapy

I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. I am open, creative, and passionate about helping you find answers to some of the most complicated patterns and problems. I take a collaborative and holistic view and believe in the importance of seeking out feedback as to how therapy is progressing for each client. I look at each individual’s natural strengths, address unmet needs, responsibilities, and effective communication. As an MFT, I think systemically and relationally in order to get to the heart of core issues, as well as utilizing cognitive behavioral and other evidence-based practices.

About Me

Charlotte Nadler has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2010 and earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University. Charlotte has a wide variety of experience that has shaped her background and helps her connect clients to the right treatment approach. She has worked as a school counselor in both private and public schools, provided outpatient therapy, family-based therapy, and crisis assessment. Charlotte specializes in relationship issues and parenting, especially coping with medically complex children, understanding neurodiversity and developmental concerns, navigating educational issues, as well as providing IEP/504 plan support. She has additional training in pediatric feeding disorders, anxiety, sensory processing disorder, ADHD, career transitions, and she understands how all of these issues impact relationships and the family system. There can be a tremendous amount of stress that caregivers and siblings carry, and she has experience in working through these challenges. Charlotte has also worked at one of Philadelphia’s premier executive coaching firms in leadership development and career coaching. Earlier in her career, prior to working in mental health and education, she worked in business-to-business marketing, advertising, and project management.

When Charlotte is not at work, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and supporting her three sons in all their sports and activities.
