As a somatic, or body-based therapist, I take a collaborative and holistic approach to work with clients to cultivate tools to help bridge the space between mind and body. I believe the body sustains a well of wisdom, and I invite connection and transformation to occur through body awareness, mindfulness, and present-focused techniques. In my practice, my intention is to bring compassion, openness, and warmth into each and every session. I believe that when clients feel free to be themselves and to show up exactly as they are, the therapeutic process can be most impactful. I support children, teens, and adults in their journey to live their most vibrant lives.
